Digital automatic Penetrometer
Digital, automatic penetrometer with microcontroller and surface detector for determining the deformability (flowability/consistency) of plastic and elastic masses (greases, ointments, creams, pastes, bitumen)
Properties
- fully automatic positioning of the penetrator on the specimen
- A wide range of penetrators according to the relevant standards
- Customized Penetrators possible
- wide range of accessories also for devices of other manufacturers
- Control set with DKD certificate for gauge blocks available
Description
The penetration arm can be moved via the motor drive either manually with a joystick or fully automatically in automatic mode by means of the surface detection device. The instrument automatically detects the specimen surface via a non-contact scanning system and automatically triggers the drop rod. The drop rod can be easily removed for calibration purposes.
