Description

In addition to testing pipes, the MTT is used to assess the adhesion of other coatings. The MTT is used independently of the laboratory, e.g. in production, off shore, in wind farms or also for testing road markings.

The MTT consists of a control unit and a peeling unit. The measuring sequence can be controlled independently (start/stop). After the end of the measurement, data evaluation is supported by software. A printout of the results via thermal printer is possible as well as the transfer of the measurement data to a USB stick. The software permanently displays the measured values (force/time) graphically. A calculation of the min, max and average values takes place after the end of the measurement in freely selectable segment division. The peeling unit has an electronic force measuring device with separate drives for feed and peel. The take-off angle of 90° is automatically readjusted.
